BUILDING RENTALS

The Rush County Agricultural Association offers clean and functional buildings to rent for many different occasions, please consider us for your next gathering.

THE ROOT BUILDING

The Root Building has a large amount of space for your next event. Included in the building is a partial kitchen, restrooms, folding tables and chairs.

THE COMMUNITY BUILDING

This is the perfect place to hold that special gathering, with plenty of room for all of your guest. Included in the building is a partial kitchen, folding tables, chairs and restrooms.

Building Rental Rules
All buildings must be paid at the time of rental, then the date will be confirmed at that time. There will be no "holding of any dates!
Any rentals that request a free or reduced rate, must contact the Fair Board President.
The certificate of insurance must be submitted to the RCAA with Rush Co. Ag- Assoc. being named as the additional insured. The Fair Board must receive the certificate of insurance at least two months prior to the event.

Deposit will be presented to the caretaker on the day the Leaser takes the keys. The amount of deposit is contained in the rental agreement.
Mowing is done weekly during the mowing season subject to the weather variables. Snow removal is subject to snow accumulation guidelines and cleared of the day of rental.
